Oh hello! Just popping back in to ask a question. Have some Pop Rocks in honor of that.
Why is it that I KNOW the benefits of exercise and how good it is for you? I KNOW that I always feel better after exercising? The post-exercise fatigue? I like that too.
Then why is it that I am so loathe to do it? It’s too easy to just veg out on the sofa. Or read a book. Or sleep. What is it going to take to kick myself in the ass and exercise regularly?
Ideas welcome. 🙂

I used to be pretty hardcore with the workout thing. I’d even pass up dinner with friends after work because I needed my gym time. Now? Not so much. I haven’t worked out regularly in two years. I go for a few days, get busy and stop. I used to carry my gym bag in my trunk so I had no excuses, but it seems I DO have plenty of excuses!
The key is to just force yourself. No matter how hard it is, you have to make it a regular appointment that you schedule. After a while, you’ll realize you’re in the habit of doing it regularly.
(Good advice, eh? Maybe I should follow it!)
